I've done C5 sites with several different setups: - 6 BS (ravens mostly), each with 2 cap-sustained large shield transporters and maxed out resists. Set a minimum average resist each ship must meet, otherwise a weak link will kill the whole fleet....

If I remember correctly, a class 5 anomaly yields around 150 mil in tags. With a group of 5, it took about an hour to do, including looting and salvaging.
